Our 2024 Parish Picnic was a great success! Thank you!scroll down for PHotos from this yearOur annual picnic is held on a Sunday afternoon in June or July at St. Mary’s Church. It is a free parish-wide rain or shine event sponsored by the Knights of Columbus and other sponsors. Bring a chair or blanket and enjoy BBQ, good conversation with your fellow parishioners and games for kids.
Since our parish is spread between six churches across four towns, it can be difficult to get acquainted with the parishioners that are part of our large parish. Food at a parish-wide event is a great way to bring our faith community together in one location.
In addition to food and fellowship, there have been kid carnival games, the Darlings ice cream truck, and a ministry fair.
Ways to be involved:- Donate food items such as desserts, side dishes, chips, veggies, or fruit
- Assemble and serve food items as parishioners go through the food line
- Help with set up and/or clean up
