In addition to providing assistance with daily necessities, we seek to affirm the basic dignity of all people. Every interaction is a chance to extend the mercy and compassion of the church, and of our Lord. We are honored to help those who are struggling navigate the complexities of finding the appropriate support. We build relationships with local housing authorities, case managers, and those in our community working to uplift those who struggle and are in need.
We meet weekly on Wednesday mornings. Those volunteers looking to donate more time can staff the crisis phone, ensuring no one in need is ever alone. All are welcome and no prior experience is required, but the ability to use a computer is a plus. If you have 3 hours to offer, once a month, you can make a difference!
